Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only applicable under these scenario:

• Accidental initial payment
• Accidental double payment
• Breach of contract by SPEXOID TECH PRIVATE LIMITED
• Cancellation of service before the work is started

Refund request will not be considered valid under these scenario:

• Breach of contract by client's side
• Cancellation of services after the work is started
• After the work is finished and is in compliance with the contract
• Extended support payment will not be refunded unless there is accidental initial or double payment.

The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and refund will be recieved by the client in there preffered bank account using NEFT/IMPS/UPI.
