Refunds are only applicable under these scenario:
- Accidental initial payment
- Accidental double payment
- Breach of contract by SPEXOID TECH PRIVATE LIMITED
- Cancellation of service before the work is started
Refund request will not be considered valid under these scenario:
- Breach of contract by client's side
- Cancellation of services after the work is started
- After the work is finished and is in compliance with the contract
- Extended support payment will not be refunded unless there is accidental initial or double payment.
Request regarding cancellation and refund can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and refund will be recieved by the client in there preffered bank account using NEFT/IMPS/UPI.
